Grist

The intrepid journalists at Grist.org have published this excellent article on the promise of public banking as a climate justice solution: https://grist.org/fix/nonprofit-state-owned-public-banks-climate-progress/. (If you’re curious about how Atmos relates to public banking, this article explains that “[individuals] can’t make deposits [in public banks]. Instead, imagine a piggy bank that a state (or city) deposits its savings into and uses to dole out low-interest loans, funding projects that serve the public.”)

Interfaith Power & Light
